The Programs
Gauntlet Prime
10 weeks. Real AI systems. Every week. Gauntlet Prime is an elite, intensive program for AI-First Software Developers — engineers and developers who want to operate at a fundamentally different level.
The program starts with 3 weeks online. Pass, and weeks 4–10 are fully on-site in Austin — room, laundry, two meals a day, and AI compute all provided at no cost. Offers starting at $200K for graduates.
Strongest candidates typically have:
- 3+ years of software engineering or development experience
- Backend engineering experience
- US work eligibility without sponsorship
- Active interest in becoming AI-First
